Here’s where we apply the foundation principles of positive mindset, fueling your body
with proper nutrition and achieving daily movement best suited for you.
We will discuss your goals then make a plan to achieve and maintain them.
1, 3 and 6 month commitment each consist of :
• YOUR PERSONAL PATH WHICH WILL BE DETERMINED AT OUR FIRST CALL.
I will email you a health and wellness questionnaire to fill out before the call. This will help
me see where you are now with your current overall health and well-being before we talk.
• ONE HOUR ZOOM OR PHONE CALLS.
These will be scheduled for the beginning of each month.
• AN ACTION PLAN FOLLOWING EACH CALL.
Tailored to your specific goals and adjusted monthly if needed.
• TWO 30 MINUTE ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK-INS EACH WEEK.
These check-ins will be scheduled at the beginning of the program, preferably on the same days
at the same times each week for the duration. Example: every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am.

I recommend a 3 month commitment to yourself to begin seeing and feeling real positive change. Lasting goals take time, patience and work. Most lasting goals cannot be achieved in a day, a week or even a month.
