What is ProAge Wellbeing?

ProAge is having a positive attitude about aging. Wellbeing means creating a healthy life by making

best choices daily in diet and activity. Together, these principles create a solid foundation for setting    achievable goals of happiness and good health.  If you don't have a foundation or the one you have

Tell me. Has this happened to you?

This is a little bit of my story. I was just going through life enjoying the adventure... youth, career, love, marriage, kids and of course all the ups and downs that come along for the ride but mainly just enjoying life. Then suddenly I realized,  I’m 50 years old.  What the #!%! Old? No... not me! I don’t feel old. I don’t like how that sounds. I’m not going to own it. I’m going to own how I feel, which is not old.


For most of my life I’ve been a mover, a doer, a pretty healthy eater and that lifestyle has served

me well. So, I decided to try a little harder, take it up a notch and forge a new path to see if that would make a difference for me both mentally and physically as I head into this new territory of aging. Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, "Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path

and leave a trail." 


Well, that’s just what I did (thanks Ralph!). I am now 67 years YOUNG and in great health! Every day

I try to eat as healthy as possible, incorporate exercise and practice mindfulness. I made a conscious decision to be my best self so I can enjoy life and be the best I can be for my family, friends and others.

I became so fascinated with the knowledge I gained while researching the benefits of positive thinking, proper diet, exercise and healthy aging that it is now my career.


Sharing my knowledge and experience with you to help you find your path to being your best self

is my passion. You too can feel your best and be an example of great health to those in your life!

slowest form of poison.



Daily movement, activity and exercise should not be a task,

a chore, a punishment or a coping mechanism. It should be

liberating, energizing, healing 

and empowering.
