This month I am sharing a proven formula for goal setting. Each element of the SMART framework works together to create a goal that is carefully planned, clear and trackable.

SPECIFIC: What exactly do you want to achieve?

MEASURABLE: How will you measure your progress?

ATTAINABLE: What do you need in order to achieve your goal?

REALISTIC: How committed are you?

TIMELY: What's your timeline for your goal?

Some of you may have seen and tried this formula. Did it work for you? If yes, fantastic! If not, why? This formula may sound simple to some but overwhelming to others.

I am here to guide those of you who might need assistance, reassurance or accountability.
